"I’ve been to a couple of the hotels in the area, but normally stay with a friend. I’m so glad this year that we stayed at Rincon of the Seas because it was awesome! I loved our room, I loved our view, the pool was excellent, clean, the staff was so nice and so helpful with anything that came up from grabbing an extra towel to helping with our next reservation! I returned three weeks later with a family member who booked for next winter also. I honestly thought the place was just great and would recommend it highly!"

"It’s a good hotel and it’s located in the middle of everything you can do, shopping, beaches, casino, etc.. there was a few problem like no refrigerator in my room, tv remote control was not working and one of the lights was not working either.. "

"The property is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Our room had mosquitos and we got bit the first night. The next morning, they fumigated the room while we left for an hour. There were still mosquitos in the room that night. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. The boating amenities to Gilligan's Island were not available on our full day there, Tuesday. The weather was great so not sure why they didn't run that day. That was why we stayed here. When we got home, Copamarina charged us a second time. We had paid through Expedia and now must contact them to get the 2nd charge reversed. It's a good location right next to the Dry Forest with great hiking."
