"Toda la estadía fue excelente. Me gusta venir todos los años y, de verdad, siempre la paso espectacular. Sin embargo, esta vez hubo una situación que no me gustó y que entiendo deberían tomar en consideración. La piscina está disponible 24/7 para los huéspedes, y entiendo perfectamente que las personas quieran disfrutarla, escuchar música y compartir. De hecho, en otras ocasiones que me he hospedado aquí nunca había tenido ningún inconveniente con eso. Pero esta vez había personas en la piscina durante la madrugada hablando y alzando bastante la voz, incluso después de la 1:00 a. m. Para los huéspedes que estamos en la parte de arriba, especialmente en las habitaciones con balcón, todo ese ruido se escucha bastante. Entiendo que cada persona está disfrutando de su estadía, pero también hay huéspedes que vamos a descansar y necesitamos tranquilidad durante esas horas. Creo que sería bueno que estuvieran un poco más pendientes de esta situación y que, después de cierta hora, se procure mantener un nivel de ruido adecuado. Fuera de eso, mi experiencia siempre ha sido excelente y me encanta venir todos los años. Espero que puedan tomarlo en consideración para que todos los huéspedes puedan disfrutar y descansar de igual manera."

"This is a very nice resort. We came with our family. I would not say it was a family, friendly resort, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a quiet all-inclusive resorts, and this is that. Don’t get me wrong, they do have a smaller, waiting pool, animals to look at, and like a little play yard towards the back for kids to enjoy. But overall, this is not meant for children. I would say that the property is rather small, quaint, and quiet. It is definitely off a beaten path. Our package included food and drinks, which wasnice. But I wouldn’t say great. We did not love the food options. We did have a rental car, which was nice, because that allowed us to go up the road towards the little supermarket. We were able to get some snack snacks and even a fresh hot pizza. There was dogs running around, which my family loved! The staff was friendly. The resort was very clean. The room was perfect for our needs. There was a master bedroom, a room for the kids, one of my kids ended up sleeping on the couch in the living area. There is a TV on the wall, but there is no Internet or cable to make the TV work. They only gave us four towels for our entire stay, for a family of five. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall, in the bathroom, but nothing for the actual sink to wash hands. I brought soap from home. A fridge and a cook top but no utensils or plates. We had a front porch and were near the pool, listening to the music that played all day."
