“Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. The food at the restaurants was fresh and delicious, even though the service was pretty slow. I highly recommend the quick hike down to...

“The Condado Vanderbilt is a beautiful hotel in a great location. There were two excellent restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. It was easy to get from the airport and to the hotel, and from the hotel to Old San Juan (only about 2.5 miles away). The beach was accessible and there were chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“This hotel is great for families. Pool is nice size and beach access is beautiful. This is our 2nd time staying at resort, we had to come back. Staff is friendly and security keeps things safe. Brisa cafe has lots of food options. Pricy! ”

“Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. ”
