“No hot water and I soon as you go outside you get slapped either cat urine. You can not seat outside on the patio chairs because the smell is so unbearable. The ac is in the kitchen part and it gets hot in the sleeping part of the room. Looks bigger in pictures but it’s very small. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.”

“Lights on n the kitchen didn’t work. There was literally poop on the walls in the master bathroom. We used shoes in the shower bc they didn’t look clean. Communication with the owner was spotty. Overall I would not book again.”

“This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. Property is super close to the beach 10 minute walk and their sister property is literally around the corner from the beach. Thank you for a great stay!”

“The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! “This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!”

“Seamless process from booking till check out. The communication was great, easy check in instructions to follow, the view was great and the beach is basically right outside the door. The beach is amazing! And the neighborhood felt safe and everyone was kind and respectful. Would definitely stay there again.”
