“It was hard to contact the property manager with phone calls. Air conditioning was set too cold and no individual thermostat in the room.”

“It was as expected, cheap but clean. Communication with the property manager was good (via texts). The main drawback is a shared bathroom and shower that is outside the hotel rooms. Walls are thin and noise from the streets and other rooms comes right in. But it was sufficient for our needs. ”

“Hotel was very clean and had all the amenities one could need for a brief stay in San Juan. Just a short uber away from all the big tourist spots (Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, etc.). ”

“Food was a good walk away but doable. Property was interesting as was a combo of long and short term stays. Common areas were well respected and organized.Never met a property manager but there was an email for communications if necessary. Clean, auster atmosphere. No shops "near by" but that's okay. Beach about half a mile to true, white sands with swiming. Seawall across the street.Nice sound of the waves all the time.Quaint, residential neighborhood. Lift and Uber charge $5 extra for "beach"...
