All the staff I’d met were so amazing and kind, always willing to help. The hotel's location was central to everything in Old San Juan and a short walk to the parking garages if you do have a car.

This hotel is located in the center of cruise ship cheesy stores. It is very loud, though does enforce its quiet hours. Very clean and staff is very welcoming. It’s good for budget travelers…beyond that look for someone else.

My family and I loved it. Staff very helpful and nice. Close to restaurants,shopping and historic sites. The only downside was no hot water. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, beds were comfortable had a little couch, kitchen and one bathroom. Overall my family and I enjoyed it and will come again.
