The property is in a gated community with only one entrance/exit, so without a car you’re walking very far just to get anywhere. Cleanliness was a big issue. “I booked the City Apt for my kids and myself, and I was scared off a bit when I read the dreaded “scam” review. Let me be clear, I am just a normal dude from Ohio, not trying to prop up a rental, but this unit was so with the price. It is not fancy but very functional and a short walk to the beach and entertainment. I may not stay in San Juan again, but if I did, this is where I would stay. Great value, great location. The only thing I would ask for is a few more towels or a laundry...
