"The Sheraton was great I would recommend to anyone. Everything is close in proximity whether you walk to District TMobile or take the shuttle to Old San Juan. The casino is downstairs and there is plenty to do. The pool is one of the best pools I’ve been too. The views are great we had a bay view. We watched the cruise ships come and go everyday. Overall great hotel and definitely would stay here again."

"With its lively lobby, convenient location, superb decoration, delicious food, modern facilities but above all its very personable employees, I dare to say that this is the best hotel in Puerto Rico !

"The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude.
However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude.
Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful!
Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned daily. Food was great especially my truffle fries. I would recommend to my family and friends and would come back again!
