The room was clean and overall a good room and bathroom (we had the suite).
Staff was very kind and accommodating.
Rooftop bar was very nice and we had some well prepared food.
Location is very convenient for walking around Old San Juan and there are a few car park close (a bit expensive) or 10 min walking from the hotel (cheap).
The reason for the 3* is that in the 3 nights we spent there, they never did a basic cleaning (quick sweep to the floor) nor make the bed. After the first night they said that it was done only on request. So we requested it for the next day and then they say that they do it every 3 days...how convenient. For 1100 US$ for 3 night I honestly expected a better service.
