"The stay itself was very nice, but after housekeeping came through our room, some of our clothes went missing and were never found. We spoke with multiple employees over several days and received different answers each time, with no real resolution or effort to make the situation right. Customer service and communication could definitely be improved."

"Very good location and friendly staff. The hotel could use some updates, as it feels older than it actually is. The carpets in the hallways had an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall impression. The stay was fine overall and everything was quiet and comfortable. The improvements needed don't seem major, mostly maintenance and cosmetic upgrades. Breakfast was decent, though fairly basic for an American-style breakfast. However, the made-to-order omelet station was a nice touch and definitely helped improve the experience."
