The next day, came in from the beach to find the roof was leaking through the ceiling light. I tried to call the grounds but they shut their phone off and I had to go through Expedia to get any help. They were ignoring my text and phone calls. Eventually, when Expedia got in touch with them, the contacted me and moved me to another unit.”

“Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!”
