Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde

"My daughter and I checked in a little pass 4 pm check in time and Carlos forgot to give us our parking ticket that would save us some money being that a this beautiful large hotel doesn’t even offer parking to it’s guests. So paying the “low”$8 dollar fee a night was needed. Carlos probably forgot to mention it so we ended up paying $30 plus tax in less than 24 hour stay here. Unacceptable for less than a night’s stay when the plane you gotta catch is leaving 7am."

"I had a lovely stay at the Royal Sonesta San Juan and would happily recommend this property. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained, with a prime beachfront location that made it especially enjoyable. Breakfast at the Aleli restaurant was top notch. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was a wonderful way to start each day. My only negative experience occurred on my final night, when a group of new guests were very loud in the hallway around 2:00 a.m. They remained in the hallway for quite some time, talking and laughing loudly, which unfortunately woke me up and disturbed my sleep. I chose not to complain since it was my last night, and I otherwise had such a wonderful experience at the property. Overall, my vacation at the Royal Sonesta San Juan was lovely. The beautiful beachfront location, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff made it a memorable stay, and I would definitely consider returning."
