The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.

This is centrally located in a great area - grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also just a 10 ish minute walk from the beach!! It’s very easy to get into old San Juan via uber. The hotel manager was very responsive to emails - I always got a reply within the day and even within the hour the two times I had questions. Highly recommend!! Very clean and modern feeling.

I arrived 12 hours later (3:30AM) than planned due flight delays, so I had a bit of trouble negotiating the lockbox in the dark. The apartment was beautiful and had just about everything I would need. The one quibble with the unit I had was, while a toaster and mini coffee maker were provided, there was no available receptacle in the kitchen to plug them into. GREAT location! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay here in the two family bedroom apartment! I really loved the kitchen area, the secure gates, and the blasting AC. The apartment was in the perfect area for walking, Uber, and essentials. Grocery store is around the corner and the gym is a 15 minute walk! We would definitely stay again.
