"Condado Palm In is a good hotel with many perks. It’s located in a great area with plenty of food, convenience stores, nightlife and the beach within one block walking distance. The staff was helpful and accommodating, I requested the room be decorated for my daughter’s birthday and they did that + a small cake for a $25 fee. There are washing/drying machines on site for a fee and a coffee/chocolate shop on site as well as a very delicious/Puerto Rican food restaurant onsite. Try the coquito mojito! I’d say this is a 3 star hotel when it comes to appearance, not so much the cleanliness but it does need some attention. The hotel is a bit more run down in person than it appears on website. Our AC was leaking water/ causing precipitation and small leaks right bellow it. There were permanent stains/furniture could be update. Overall. It’s centrally located, short Ubers to Old San Juan (10 min)"
