"We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio"

Just a few minute walk to the beach over a bridge, totally worth the walk to save hundreds of dollars to be ON beach. Love this place and will stay again. Breakfast and coffee was offered in the morning and even fresh fruit. "

"This was not a class A hotel. It reminded me of a motel in FL back in the 60's. Perfect for a beach stay. Easy access to the beach.However, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was very clean.
If one is more interested in touring old San Juan than hanging out on the beach, I suggest staying in OSJ. Although, Uber was a quick, easy ride."
