“Need Improvement the maintenance a the rooms”

“Staff provided great service. Property was well maintained. Beach was amazing. Great restaurants walking distance.”

“this was my favorite trip I took this year thus far. The hotel is very conveniently placed near the beach and near food and easy access for any Ubers rideshare when I had ended up renting a car to go explore more of Puerto Rico the valet was great. The rooms are more than gorgeous three months later and I still rave about it.”

“Though the breakfast was good, we found multiple roaches crawling in the bed frames and bathroom floors. There was only one tube that contained both shampoo, body wash, and conditioner all in one. There was no full sized mirror either other than the bathroom mirror. But front staff at lobby was quite reciprocative.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and overall property were very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with restaurants, the beach, and shops all conveniently nearby. The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again!”
