"It was a nice stay. Pool restaurant and bar staff were great. Rooms are very clean. Coffee shop could have more option for non dairy items. They only had milk. The lounge chairs for the beach were terrible. Old, dirty, ripped and definitely time for an upgrade. Also, a leak from balcony above happened and woke up to a big puddle on our balcony. All in all it was nice but I wouldn’t say memorable. "

"Our family had a group of 7 people so we ended getting a suite. Our friends ended up getting a room. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the airport, the cruise port, Pueblo supermarket, the beach and other food and restaurant locations. Although we had no issues with the suite my friends complained that they had roach issues in there room and the staff was not very friendly. Personally, I would booked the suite again in the future with Coral by the Sea."

"The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay. We chose the suite because we were traveling with a toddler and hoped to still enjoy some time as a couple in the evenings, including relaxing and watching TV before bed. While the room did face the ocean, its condition did not match the price or expectations. The carpet looked very old and dirty, with sections coming apart. There was visible rust in multiple areas, which may be somewhat understandable for a waterfront property, but the peeling, scratched, and deteriorating furniture made the room feel neglected. Under the bathroom sinks, the exposed plumbing was extremely dirty and very noticeable. The TVs were outdated and extremely restrictive. Although the system claimed apps could be installed and inputs could be changed, neither worked. We tried both TVs and even attempted to connect a laptop, but nothing was allowed, so the relaxing evenings we planned didn’t happen. This was our first family vacation, something we had saved for a long time, and the room simply wasn’t worth the upgrade. On a positive note, the food was delicious and the bartenders made great, strong drinks."

"Our stay at the La Concha was much needed and refreshing! The room was clean, the lobby impeccable, and the staff was top notch. Whether you're chilling in their pools or relaxing beach side, towels and drinks are always nearby. We'll be back especially since the casino is pretty much in-house!"

"The staff was great. The near constant smell of Marijuana and noise made this stay un-enjoyable."

"Everything was good. It served all of our needs. We were able to get dinner at 9:30 at night. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The air-conditioning worked great. It was quiet. We were able to have complementary breakfast in the morning, which was what you would expect. The convenience of it being in the airport was great because we could go right there when we got off our plane and able to go right to our cruise pick up service in the morning."

"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been. The walls are cardboard, I listen to loud, drunk, people walking by the halls during night. At morning I had a door that opened and close, right by my room, making a loud noise since very early, making impossible to sleep. The shower didnt have s decent curtain, making the whole bathroom wet. I even had a reservation for an extra night and cancelled it. "
