We had a very pleasant experience at the property. Even though we arrived after midnight, Angel, the person at the reception, was very hospitable and friendly. He led us to our room after checking us in very quickly. Checkout was a breeze as well and the employees were generally friendly. The room was simple, neat and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and enough clean towels were provided. A parking lot is located behind the property (with access from the front) and is very secure. There were a lot of empty spots to park in even very late at night. The easy access to the beach is the best part. There is a public walkway right next to the hotel which you can use to get to the beach, and a shower is provided outside the property to clean up before going back in. The hotel is in a prime location with a lot of eating and car rental options nearby.

Perfect location by the beach

I loved staying here. Closed to the beach (walking distance), free parking, and great restaurants nearby. Very friendly reception desk. I recommend it!

We had a nice stay at the Inn. Because it was a business trip we didn't spend much time in the room. It was clean and comfortable and just a few blocks from our business venue, so very convenient. There were some fixes that need to be made (broken window, stopped up drain) and it would be nice to have a brighter light (closer to the mirror) in the bathroom. Parking was in the back and easy to get in and out. Muchas gracias to the nice staff at BBInn.

We arrived at 1am in San Juan and needed a place to crash for the night. Sink was leaking at the bottom which I guess is a known issue there. If you need to crash for a night this is a good place. Otherwise I’d recommend to try else where.. Area is beautiful Isla Verde. Short walk to the beach. Take it for what you will.
