“Big tripple room with two bedrooms, and small kitchen, very clean and comfortable. It also has a private terrace at the back and a common exterior garden like a lobby. Location is perfect, at the other side of the street, the famous Hotel El Convento, 8 minutes walk of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, 5 minutes walk of cruise port and plenty of gastronomy all around. Staff very helpful. An old spanish military building well restored. 100% recommended. Thanks Expedia for a welcome bottle of wine!,...

“Love The Hotel, it’s beautiful and the location is great. But the Valet Parking is very slow, sometimes now one is there and you’re blocking the whole traffic on the street waiting for the valet. You need an extra person there.👌”

“Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.”

“Great place to stay if you like bar hopping and its in the heart of old san juan easy acccess to tourist places . my only con is the stairs and how unmaintained the walls are granting its an old building. also too much noise outside the rooms from other people coming from the bars 10pm to 3 pm expect loud noises.”

“I’m local and I have to say I loved this hotel, we’ll definitely be staying here again! The breakfast was great, especially the coffee. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and our room’s location were excellent, making everything convenient. We had no complaints at all. The amenities were great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!”

“Great room. Great staff. AC amazing. Shower amazing. Parking garage legit around the corner. Food everywhere. Dos lobos (empanadas and bar) next door amazing and perfect spot! So close to bars. Would def recommend and stay again!!”

“Some areas of the room were a little dusty, yet overall very nice space, it will be helpful to have e a number to reach assistance for info. My flight from Mayagüez did not arrived to San Juan till passed 5:30pm and at that time I haven't received the info to access the box with thr keys to access building and room I tried several times to contact the # that was suppose to be contact so I have to contact Expedia and after that is when needed infomation were sent to my email. I had a good night...
