“The hotel show s signs of water damage on the upper floor walk way, the pool was nice but once you go under water there was lots of debris and trash on the bottom. Also I was charged a fundraising campaign fee that I did not approve. I called the hotel and was directed to accounting, no one answered and the voice ma box was full. . The breakfast was nothing to write home about and did the job. Some of the security female were rude toward the end of hours for the pool.”

“Great stay. Pool and jacuzzi. A restaurant and market in the hotel for easy bites. Only thing I would like for them to improve is better service for room cleaning, we had to get extra towels from the pool area to take to our room because we would get back and the dirty towels had not been replaced. But overall I felt safe and comfortable and old San Juan was walkable from the hotel. I would stay again.”

“The hotel is gorgeous but the only flaw I had during my stay was the A/C went out for a few hours and we lost power for a bit. Other than that I had a great time.”
