The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome.

Já havíamos nos hospedado neste hotel em 2018, por isso resolvemos voltar, o atendimento continua muito bom, café da manhã muito bom, porém nos decepcionamos com as camas e os travesseiros, tanto a do andar superior quanto as camas do andar inferior, essa é a única coisa que me fez dar nota mais baixa, se eu voltaria? Somente se tivesse certeza que os colchões e travesseiros foram trocados.

Hotel pet friendly, anche per i cani di taglia media e grande. La nostra stanza era grande, confortevole e pulita, molto luminosa. Cena buona, forse ci aspettavamo menù un po' più tipico... Colazione ottima! La spa buona, si prenota per fasce orarie, così non è mai sovraffollata. L'addetta alla spa simpatica e preparata.

Tutto bene tranne...

L'hotel è carino e in posizione assolutamente centrale, sulla strada principale. Lo staff è gentile e le camere sono curate e rinnovate. L'unica pecca riguarda gli extra (si fa per dire) in quanto avevamo prenotato la formula mezza pensione: a cena ci è stato proposto un vino "della casa" che abbiamo accettato di prendere (molto buono tra l'altro) in bottiglia senza che fosse fatto alcun accenno al prezzo o altro. Il giorno seguente del check-out ci sono stati addebitati ben 28 euro per quella bottiglia di vino + una bottiglia di acqua!!! Tale cifra credo sia davvero spropositata e credo altresì non sia corretto l'atteggiamento di non avvisare i clienti sul prezzo delle bevande ecc. Detto ciò, a parte questo spiacevole inconveniente, mi sento di consigliare a pieno la struttura.

Un buon albergo a S. Martino di Castrozza

Ottima la struttura, con parcheggio privato, a due passi dal centro. Staff molto disponibile e massima cortesia. Buona la cena, con varietà dell'offerta. Buona la colazione, peccato per le bevande: sia bevande calde che fredde erogate da macchina in sala e di qualità mediocre. Nell'insieme un'esperienza positiva e un hotel dove ritornerei per una vacanza nella zona.

Abbiamo fatto solo una notte con colazione ma tutto e' andato bene,a parte un incomprensione sul pagamento che era gia avvenuto in quanto avevamo pagato in anticipo con carta di credito al momento della prenotazione e alla reception al momento dell arrivo non capivano.
