We stayed at the Inn over the Thanksgiving weekend after taking the Via Skeena train. Our train was delayed by several hours and we were very grateful that the Inn accommodated our late arrival. Check-in was warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and has a good location overlooking the ocean. Ocean-view rooms command a slightly higher rate, but the view is exceptional. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast service offered a range of options, including healthy choices.

The room was good. The amenities were good. The check in was awesome. The guy checking people in was amazingly efficient. We got off the ferry late and tired There were loads of people checking in and we expected a long wait, but the man at the counter was awesomely efficient so there was virtually no wait. I was not fond of the way they do breakfast. The food was good, but you have to ask for each item.

Clean and comfy

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Seems it’s mid renovation as the bathroom was dated, but the beds seemed newer. The service was great! Would visit again!

Incredible Views

I loved my ocean view. The hotel is nicely decorated. And my bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very limited but the lounge again had an amazing view. Will definitely book again.

Older hotel with updated rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was ok. We had to park across the street because the lot was full. Staff was prepared for our late arrival. All in all ...a good place to stay after a ferry ride.

Biggest thing about this place that i habem't experienced anywhere else is the take-out breakfast. If you have to check out before the lounge is open for breakfast (to catch the ferry, or example) you can order breakfast to have ready for you to take with you free of charge. Saves me from having to find somewhere to eat while traveling and saves me money

We used the parking lot which is very tight. The room was fine but the fridge is in poor condition. I threw out some sausage meat, scared to eat it. The door of the freezer compartment wasn’t there and it seemed like the whole fridge was very warm in the cabinet. We had the complementary breakfast deliver to door for the first two mornings and that was great. The third morning we went down for breakfast and the person handling it wasn’t very friendly, in fact we felt we shouldn’t ask for much. The rooms were nice and comfy.

Was friendly, accommodating for early clevk in and reasonably clean. Upon closer inspection, the rug and under the rug were filty and had a lot of crumbs. I tried taking a nap after only 2 hrs of sleep the night before, sounded like a heard of elwphants above me. They didnt offer to move me and didnt have any ear plugs. All night i vould hear doors opening and closing loudly and voicea. Very thin walls/doors.

The room smelled like smelly feet. I changed rooms and the smell was the same. There was a water restriction in Rupert and you were supposed to boil your water before using it for anything. The front desk charged for bottled water. I paid over 250. for the night and I would have thought they would give you a bottle of water.
