“First of all, the address registered in the app, the location of the reception, and the actual accommodation are all different. Without knowing this, I attempted online check-in after receiving an online check-in email, but it kept failing, possibly due to a website error. I sent a message through Hotels.com stating that I couldn’t check in online, but received no response. Eventually, I arrived at the accommodation listed in the app at 20:55, just 5 minutes before the check-in time of 21:00....

“Beautiful location! Stunning views. Staff were very accommodating from the beginning with finding them and understanding as it goes in Capri with the stairs and climbing that is inevitable. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. ”

“So the place was lovely. Roof top trace, private bathroom. Nice size room. Bed was comfy. And it was very clean. Perfect for people staying the night before their early morning flight! It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the airport. The area around the hotel is eh. There isn’t a lot to do without getting a taxi. I felt very safe around the area and on the walk to the airport”
