โLocation was terrific. Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Room was very spacious and comfortable The restaurant for dinner was a wonderful experience. The food was exquisite with perfect service and presentation. For our one night stay this hotel certainly hit the mark. โ
โBuilding is reflection of upper class 1890s and provides an authentic combination of modern and early 20th century style with original timbers, large european style bedrooms with very comfortable modern bedding provided. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and the host for the day, Jason, was a friendly and hospitable person. excellent experience overall.โ
โThough the check-in time was 2:00pm, we showed up at the hotel at around 10:00am and were given our room keys, no questions asked! Thank you to the wonderful staff. โ
โI loved how conveniently close it was to all the places I needed to go to in Launceston and right opposite the park.
My car did not like the steepness of the car park though, but considering the section of the city it was in, most of the accommodation in that area has the same problem.โ
"Great rooms except bearing gone in bathroom exhaust fan, likely due to mould/fluff build up. Rm313. Also tvs are 20 years old. No Netflix etc and no pay tv limited free to air. Fix the fans and TVs and it will be 10/10"
