Lovely staff greeting, beautiful bush setting, 10 minutes out of Launceston, but that was no problem at all.. Supermarket and cafes 4 mins drive or 15 min walk away.. lovely and quiet up the back of the park.. very clean.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Main issue for us was hot water. Only 3 in family,and no long showers but hot water was no existent. Tiny tank to service 2x units. Otherwise property and services were okay for price.

Great shower, clean, great Dilmah tea, air con, beds okay could have used a few thicker blankets and thicker winter style quilts as it was quite cold and if the heater is on all night you feel dried out and uncomfortable the next day.

The park itself was lovely. Quiet, safe and peaceful. Our cabin was nice but we had ants inside that kept coming back. The cabin was well equipped, clean, and comfortable other than the ant issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and the cabin is always lovely and clean, wish we could have stayed longer. Easy access to Launceston with a local supermarket and shops within a 5 minute drive. The park is very quite with easy parking. Many thanks.

Everything was very good, however the person who slept in the 2nd room found the bed comfortable but was VERY cold! Even doubling the doona wasn't sufficient, so used the one from the top bunk. An electric blanket? Or a heavier doona? Otherwise very pleased with everything. Spotlessly clean. Came about 7pm and heater on. Lovely and warm on such a cold night. Very thoughtful. Thank you.

Close to supermarkets. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Not sure what happened however, it appears the cleaner was interrupted halfway through preparation of the unit we had as the cleaning equipment was left in the kitchen sink. No towels were left for us and only half a roll of lou paper (no extras). We had to go to reception to collect after hours. The unit was clean and even though the park is next to a major road we never found it disturbed our sleep at all. Unit could have done with a few extra cooking utensils and saucepans. Overall, it was good value for money.

The staff are lovely and helpful. Also we were given choice between 2 types of room which I thought was nice. The cabin we had was quiet so it was a nice getaway with privacy. The surrounding is very green, lots of trees and animals like rabbits and wallabies. While bed is nice, room and bathroom were spacious, the room itself isn’t in a perfect condition. Some flyscreens have holes, and shower water tends to go everywhere and pooling on the side which the staff mentioned and mop was provided but would have been better to be fixed. Also some parts of the room was dusty like bedside table, shelves. But generally it is a lovely stay, with many facilities like kitchen are provided. It was a lovely stay and I love seeing animals in the backyard, but there are room for improvements.
