I had a wonderful stay! Jono was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location right by the beach. I loved that there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the area was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This area of the beach is very secluded which definitely had its positives and negatives. Only negative is that it’s about a 20 minute drive to Grace Bay which is where the main things to do are, but I’d trade out that drive for the sea turtles you can see from the balcony here! Every day, too! The place is super clean and honestly, the staff there are constantly maintaining the area. There’s a grocery store about a five minute drive away. If you do stay, I strongly recommend walking over to Da Conch Shack for food. Just don’t drink two pitchers of their rum punch like I did.

The view from every room is AMAZING. Just a 3 min walk away from the famous “da conch shack”. If you are wanting to visit grace bay, it is a 15-20 min away, we rented a car and visited every day. We loved staying a little away from all the tourist. We couldn’t have been in a more quiet and peaceful place, and we felt nothing but safe in the location. The room was clean, and they were quick to help us with anything we needed & more!

I would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway; it’s not really suited for those who prefer an active vacation. The house itself is great—good soundproofing and plenty of air conditioning units that handle the heat well. It was generally well-equipped. It was clean, with no insects or unpleasant odors. The rooftop pool was always cooler than the ocean, which was very refreshing in the heat. Parking was along the road; we had no issues with our car over the course of the week. The water was very warm in August—no need to acclimate to the temperature at all. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. There were sometimes stray dogs outside, but they were calm and friendly; they didn't try to enter the house or bark. Driving on the island is very easy, even though everyone drives at twice the speed limit; I only saw the police a couple of times.One thing I didn't love—though this is more about the trip in general than the house—was the weather: it was hotter than usual (30°C / 86°F) with high humidity, so it was best to spend the hours between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM resting indoors or having lunch. The best times to be outside were 7:00–10:00 AM and 4:00–7:00 PM. The sun loungers on the roof aren't the newest and are dusty, but if you use beach towels, there’s no problem. There were rains, but they were very brief and light. There was quite a bit of broken glass on the beach; over the course of the week, we collected and removed the shards ourselves.

The most awesome part of staying here was how peaceful it is morning , noon and night! Also, just a few steps to the beach and ocean. You can also walk the Da Conch Shack for lunch and dinner. Everyone at Dream Villas was attentive and friendly and accommodated our every need even though there were few things needed! Jono, Coco, Willking, Sonia, and her son were the happiest and most helpful people you can ask for! Because of their smiles and happy spirits we had such a beautiful vacation. Thank you Dream Villas it’s your people and your property that make it a dream to stay here!

We had a great time. The property is quiet, very spacious, well appointed with a private beach. The staff is great, very polite and friendly. The manager Martin is very attentive and ensures that the guests are well taken care of. Communication was great. Highly recommended.

Staff was great! Communication was awesome. Some hiccups with the property but thats happens after years on a beach with salt water. Views are amazing. Location was close to the airport. Love the private beach. Walk to Da Conch Shack. Accessibility is amazing. They provide snorkel gear/paddle board. Overall good experience. Def recommend.

Most incredible views! Our bed faced the ocean so we were able to wake up every morning with a breathtaking view. Beach was almost like our own private area. Chairs included, paddle board and awesome pool. Jono was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Any questions or concerns he answered immediately. This stay has made our first time trip to TCI so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is just what you need when you want some quiet time away, the house has all the basics you need to enjoy your stay. We had the upper floor with private pool which made for an amazing view. Close to restaurants and grocery store, Jono and Coco were super helpful for our stay. A special shot out to Coco for the late night towel delivery and car jump start. Will return again

Overall everything was great the property just had some renovations taking place so it was noise and things within the room weren’t working such as the light and WiFi. The tv would sometimes turn off on its own as well. We had only about two towels and the shower didn’t have anywhere for us to put own soap down nor even our body wash

We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.

Special Place!

Dream Villas Provo was incredible. The water is literally right outside your door, and everything inside—from the bedding to the bathrooms—was really well done and comfortable (and I’m pretty picky about that kind of thing, and as a pillow princess, there were six amazing pillows in our studio! It’s not a big resort, which is actually what makes it so special. You get peace, quiet, and wildlife all around you, but you’re still close to anything you might want—just a short walk to the Conch Shack or Mary’s on the Beach, and only about 15–20 minutes from Grace Bay, grocery stores, and restaurants. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the paddle boards and overall just amazing views. Jono, our host, was fantastic. He was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dive shops and places to eat, and even let us have a late checkout, which was such a gift. This place really is its own little slice of paradise.

Very secluded, beach front property. We had the upper level with the private pool overlooking the gorgeous water. Transportation to town is a bit inconvenient, so renting a car is preferrable. Talk to property manager, in our case it was Alex, who was able to arrange everything for us. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Be aware, if renting a car, they drive on the left side and watch for pot holes. We blew out the front and rear tires, requiring 2 new rims as well
