“Our room and view was amazing. Grace Bay beach is probably the nicest beach I've ever been to. The food at Alexandra was good - not amazing - but the staff was so kind, friendly - I can't say enough about how great they were.”

“Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows....

“This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...

“Beautiful, spacious and clean townhouse. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning and admiring the pretty pool area. The pool was small but nice. Shuttle to beach was convenient and readily available. Max was great. He shuttled us back and forth to beach and made sure lounge chairs were available for us. He even dug two holes for us to place our umbrellas in. Anne was amazing! She was knowledgeable, so friendly and helped us book all our reservations,...

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...
