“Beach view is amazing, water so clear for snorkeling, excellent place for recreation ”

“The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!”

“The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

“We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. “Go big or go home when coming to Turks and Caicos. The Tides was not very big, and for us it made the trip underwhelming. Being in between once and a lifetime resort compounds, it definitely gave us some fomo. We had a beautiful time, but we could’ve gotten this for much cheaper in Florida. Either go to Florida and ball out with this kind of money, or wait until you can afford the best of the best.”

The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.”

“Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.”
