We were treated like family, and our two-year-old son had a wonderful time during our stay. Even a month later, he still talks about the staff by name! I cannot thank the entire team enough, especially Nev—everyone was phenomenal. We truly hope to come back and see them again soon.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The amenities are great! Whoever thought to add beach bags were genius bc I never pack a beach bag on vacation. Friendly staff, just such a great space. My stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm, hospitable, and very accommodating. I was first greeted by Diana, who pronounced my French name flawlessly and offered me a refreshing rum punch upon my arrival. She even helped arrange a room change for me because I wasn’t thrilled with the logistics of my first room. Everything about your stay at this hotel is well coordinated, from the digital PIN used in place of a key card to the beach shuttles, towels, chairs, and umbrellas. They will even arrange transportation for you around the island and back to the airport. I had a fabulous time there and only wish my stay had been a bit longer!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Turks and Caicos! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made my birthday trip feel special and made my entire stay so pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. We had a wonderful experience at Oasis at Grace Bay. It started with complimentary transportation to and from the airport with the Oasis being the only stop. When we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and a cold face cloth for our face followed by a tour of the small property. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff throughout the property were very accommodating. Their complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach was always readily available to drop us off or pick us up when we wanted. The restaurant offers great Italian food especially the pizza which my husband loved. Finally, they extended are check out time by one and a half hours. We Highly recommend this hotel.

The Oasis at Grace Bay was the perfect choice for us to stay at while we visited Turks and Caicos. The property was absolutely beautiful and it was very peaceful and relaxing too! The room was perfect from it's size, decor, and amenities. The restaurant on site had delicious food. The service was perfect! The staff was so gracious and helpful with all of our needs. This is definitely a place that I would stay at again without a second thought as well as recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Turks and Caicos. This 36 room boutique hotel is exactly what I was looking for. The room was very cool and refreshed daily. The pool were great and well taken care of. The restaurant was very good quality. The location was a quick shuttle to the beach which was absolutely amazing. The e-bikes provided by the hotel were very convenient to get into the local shops. All the staff really made the experience top tier in my books. If you want a laid back chill place close to everything this is the spot!

Staff was great from the day we arrived to the day we left. One of the young ladies went out of her way to find someone to clean a conch shell so she could bring back with her. Room was great and well maintained, only thing I would have preferred was a coffee maker instead of an espresso machine. We loved to proximity to the beach as it was an easy 5 min walk if we missed the shuttle they run between 7am and 7pm. Would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I will stay again on our next trip.

Second stay - enjoyed our stay. Everyone is kind, helpful, and rooms and property are clean. My only complaint would be the e-bikes. They could use a tune up - some bikes are truly in poor shape and in need of repairs. The property is conveniently located where you don’t need a car, and I would recommend the Oasis to any of my friends.

Although this property is not ocean front, they have golf carts that take you to grace bay beach where there are chairs and umbrellas for guests staying at the oasis. I just returned and everyone here was wonderful especially Stacie at the front desk. Going at the end of August, it is not crowded and the weather was perfect. My son and I were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen unit. It was beautiful. There are 2 pools on the property, they are small and most days no one was in them. We did eat breakfast 2 times at the restaurant. Food and the smoothies were tasty. I am looking forward to returning next year.
