Lovely staff and beautiful property! Wenie was lovely and very helpful and Jeffery at the beach was amazing and very helpful too! We had one issue with our toilet but it was promptly fixed which was great! I also liked how remote it felt. I did feel like we were the only people there for the first few days. I would recommend to rent a car. The beach was only a 3 minute drive so it's really convenient. There is also a set up on the beach and you can use the restaurant/bar/games on the beach and bathrooms which is great! I would recommend this resort if you're looking for a break from the big loud resort vibe and want a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Turks and Caicos!

I just checked out from resort. It was what I needed, which was quiet are without distractions or noise. Wenie, the property manager, was very attentive. The food was amazing. The service staff, with the exception of one, were great.

Wonderful stay

What a great little gem! I particularly loved the winding garden paths that lead to all the cottages! The yoga deck was also a wonderful bonus. The pool and restaurant was great and the staff was super friendly! The hotel is not on the beach but very close to it w/ a shuttle if you don’t have a car. I would absolutely recommend this resort to others who want a more affordable but quaint cottage that isn’t the madness of the resorts on Grace Bay!

Wonderful cottages

Clean, comfortable cottages with kitchenettes so we could make our own breakfasts. Shuttle to beach where they provided chairs and umbrellas. Great food in restaurant. Great location. Beautiful setting. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

Although this property is not on the beach, we were very pleased with the location and property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rented a car to get around the island, but the resort does offer a shuttle to the beach that runs frequently. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. The restaurant on site was delicious.

The resort was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were clean. Our cottage was small but had everything we needed. We had a rental car and strongly recommend because taxis will be expensive. There is a grocery store nearby to pick up essentials if you are not interested in eating out for every meal.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Kokomo Botanical Resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our cottage was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The pool and hot tub area is beautifully landscaped, perfect place to sit and have a mojito while the kids swim. We highly recommend the WE Cafe- lots of delicious options- try the spaghetti with garlic and olive oil and the vegetable spring rolls! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to return some day.
