staff was amazing as soon as we drove up. we didn’t have to take our bags to our room or park our car. we got a tour of the property and when we arrived to our room our bags were there already. our room was amazing & very clean. staff was also very responsive and also suggested things for us to do. my husband and i were celebrating our anniversary when we went and the night before our departure we were gifted so many items! we were beyond grateful. we will be back!

Brand new, beautiful, and flawless property. Staff were incredible and genuinely caring. Easily the best restaurant on the island as well. Not cheap, but highly recommend!

Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.

We had dinner at Del Mar last year and completely fell in love with The Strand property. This year, we decided to stay there, and it exceeded every expectation. We stayed on the third floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. One of our favorite memories was putting together a charcuterie board and enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony during golden hour each evening. The staff was exceptional...friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. The entire experience was so wonderful that part of me doesn't even want to leave a review because I'd love to keep this place our little secret! We can't wait to return. Thank you, The Strand, for such an incredible stay!

The most beautiful resort we’ve visited! Somehow it’s even worse prettier than in the photos. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful when booking transportation and activities around the island. The name the Strand makes sense because you really do feel like you are on a private island. Would recommend this resort for anyone wanting to visit turks and caicos and experience a luxury and peaceful stay!

The Strand is a top notch Caribbean destination. The place is quite magical with breathtaking views from almost any part of the property, including the great restaurant on site. One of the Strand's defining features is the degree to which the property is exquisitely maintained, from the rooms to the common areas to the cabanas by the pool and the private beach. The staff was exceedingly helpful and made the stay special. There is an elegant tranquility to the whole place with the advantage that the property is not located on the quite "touristy" part of the island. But note that you will need to get a car to shop, find other restaurants, etc. Overall, if you are looking for an elegant, top-notch, quiet escape to unwind and decompress, you will find it harder to find a place as great as this one anywhere in the Caribbean. Kudos to the staff at the Strand. I would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay was SUPERB! The facility was ALWAYS immaculate, the room was spacious and well adorned. LOVED that it was eco-friendly and let’s not forget THE VIEW. It was hands down THE BEST view on the island which could be enjoyed from the room’s balcony or while lying in bed. The staff worked tirelessly to remove all seaweed from the sand each day so that guests could enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters of the tranquil beach . The outdoor restaurant was cozy and the meals were both delicious and had a fine presentation. There was a large pool, hot tub and plenty of cabana seating. It was wonderful to have attentive staff who provided towels and bar service while we relaxed on beachfront umbrella chairs. Our only disappointment was the rum punches which did not live up to expectations but of course there were other drink options on the menu! LOVED the quiet location and the elevation of the property which allows great views of nearby marina and the island. ALL staff were pleasant and welcoming but special shout out to Gilly, Jen, Micah, Khamiko. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

The Strand was excellent. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in March 2026. Rose was excellent and delightful. I pre booked a massage and private chef ahead of time which Ghans was very helpful with getting setup. It’s a private nice beach that’s steps from the restaurant or pool area. Overall wonderful stay; I’ve stayed all over the world at premium properties and think this is on it’s way to being something special. We are already look at 2027 with our family to come back. Suggestions / short list below… Pros; - Private beach - Excellent property condition - Good food - Great staff - Incredible gym (pleasant surprise) - Good beach service, water jugs for beach would be a nice addition for all day stayers Recommendations for property; - Water came in 11.2oz box water, refillable filtered water across the property in common areas, both for sustainability and convenience would improve this. - One restaurant; we dined every night we stayed, if you get tired of that menu no other options on property, another food option would be great, food was good but something simpler one night wouldn’t have been bad. - Under construction for some things / places still, wasn’t overly distracting or loud but just something to consider. Overall 5 star stay; we really enjoyed our getaway. This was our 5th time in Turks.

All rooms have straight view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and daily housekeeping excellent. They also provided sail “turn down” service and replenished towels and water. The architectural design of hotel is outstanding and blends with the topography of the Turks

It was great. Views are amazing and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The Hotel should have informed us about construction next-door, but otherwise everything was perfect. Great food in the restaurant.

Wow. Words can’t express how pleasant and the level of attention my stay at this hotel was. The property itself is beautiful. The food at the hotel was delicious, but the best part of the hotel was their staff. Every single staff member was attentive and welcoming. Two stand out members for me was Gabrielle, and Wendy. Both of these ladies made sure whatever need I had was met. They were extremely attentive and made sure we were having a great time during our stay. Top tier customer service, and that alone elevated my whole experience here. I would come back to this hotel without a second thought. I am already looking forward to my next stay because this was one for the books. The rooms were clean, the property was well kept and you can feel that quiet luxury feeling while staying here. The vibe of this hotel is serene, relaxing and calm. The beach is beautiful and extremely clean. Relatively close to all the main attractions of the city. 10 out of 10 experience.
