“Cool little property with a great vibe and fantastic location. Rooms are small but clean, if a little dated. Great common areas. Roof top deck was closed off while we were there for repairs? Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and reasonably priced property to spend a weekend in Provincetown.”

“Had an Incredible long weekend at Mates Leather Weekend! Crew's Quarters Checked all of my boxes for sure!!!!! - All Men - Clean - Super gay MAN friendly - Gang shared showers/baths "Just like a 'Bath House' only 1 million times better! I've been to many. Nothing even comes close, then pair it with Ptown and POP!!!!!!!! I'm an interior designer myself for about 30 years and was absouletly taken in with the design. Spoke to the owner - Stuart. Complimented him on the design. He nailed it...

“Highly recommend!”

“Such a great stay!! I can’t wait to come back!”
