생각보다 별로였던 곳
일단 이런 아파트먼트 호텔은 처음이라 몰랐는데, 체크인 시간보다 절대 일찍 체크인 불가합니다. 그래서 저희는 캐리어를 따로 돈 내고 다른 곳에 맡겼어요. 숙소 자체 위치는 좋습니다. 거실/방 나눠져 있어서 방음도 괜찮구요. 근데 침대/소파가 더러웠어요. 침대에는 짧은 머리카락들이 엄청 붙어있었고, 이불 안에는 검정색 뭐가 묻어있더라구요. 그래서 잠자는 내내 찝찝했던 곳입니다.

모든것이 완벽하지만 냉난방팬돌아가는소리가 심하다.
아파트는 넘나 코지하고 이뻤어요..편리하게 곳곳에 수납할곳도 많고 특히 화장실 선반이있어 세면도구 샤워할때 갈아입을 속옷놓아두기도 편했고 세탁기가 있어 빨래도 하고 예쁜 옥상이있어 밤에 별도 보았지요..관광지와 걸어다닐정도로 가깝고 모든게 좋았어요.. 그러나 딱. 진짜 한가지. .히터 팬 돌아가는소리가 넘나커서 거슬려요 . 아마 에어컨틀때도 소음이심할듯요..냉난방 같이 되는 시스템이거든요..소음이 심해서 새벽에 깨서는 거슬렸어요..아침 7시반에 쓰레기차옵니다.그소리도 꽤 크게 들려요.ㅜㅜ 그거 빼고는 펄펙트!! 전3층에 묵었어요. 엘베 없어요.

Prima, ruim appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Zeer goede locatie in het centrum van de stad op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Raden dit appartement zeker aan voor een bezoek aan de gezellige stad Sevilla.

Zentral gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, unkompliziertes Check-Out, da Apt-Zugang mit Code (kein Schlüssel notwendig). Check-In nach telefonischer Meldung bei Ankunft, hat aber alles gut funktioniert. Zu beachten: in unserem Gebäude gab es keinen Aufzug. Keine Gepäck-Aufbewahrung durch die Unterkunft, es gibt aber einen Aufbewahrungsservice in der Nähe, der von der Unterkunft genannt wurde (Gebühr 5€ pro Koffer).

We had little trouble to find the apartment because google map guided us through so many narrow streets. Once we know the streets it was quite close from seville cathedral. The apartment was nice and clean Exactly same as pictures. Only uncomportable thing was too little kitchen stuffs.they even did't have a kitchen knife.

Steps from all the Major Sites!
We had a wonderful stay at Apartamentos Altamira. The location cannot be beat, centrally located and only steps from major sites and flamenco shows. Very convenient, quiet, and clean, and we enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Great location and great apartment.
Excellent location. A few minutes down beautiful old laneways in possibly the most beautiful area of the city, to the Real Alcazar and Cathedral. Many restaurants also nearby to choose from. Despite this, I did not have any issues with noise. I found my apartment was clean and well proportioned. There is no elevator in the building, so taking my luggage to the top floor was slightly difficult and I did not have a particularly heavy or large suitcase. The footpaths in the area are also cobblestone which makes it very difficult to access on foot with a suitcase. There is a hotel next door with a taxi space I would recommend using if needed. Washing machine worked well, and a drying rack was provided. Kitchen also contained basic pots, pans and utensils. Housekeeping is not provided unless you stay longer than one week, but this was ok for me. I only had a few minor issues: Firstly, it would be good if the kitchen had basics like oil, salt and pepper. A tourist is not really in the position to purchase a whole bottle of oil, and the salt in the cupboard was hard so had probably been there a while. The hair dryer in the bathroom was faulty and could not be used. Finally, bathroom and kitchen soap/washing liquid dispensers were empty. Again, it would have been good for these to have been provided. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and a great location.

We loved the location as it was just steps away from everything exciting but far enough that it wasn’t loud at night or hard to get away for the business. Check-in was slightly unclear, as there is no front desk. However, once we received the instructions via text from the property owners, everything went quite smoothly. We received fabulous recommendations from our host, which helped make the trip even better.

Estupendo establecimiento, cómodo, limpio, céntrico. Sin ninguna duda recomendado para todo el mundo. Si no estas familiarizado, el acceso por códigos puede sorprender (una vez dentro tienes tus tarjetas como cualquier habitación de hotel) pero excelente comunicación con el personal y sencillez en todos los pasos. Sin ninguna duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Sevilla. Gracias por el servicio!

Appartement was zeer netjes. Mooie nette badkamer met douche, Jammer dat er geen balkon of zitje (patio) buiten was. Het zitgedeelte was daardoor erg benauwd. Er was geen raam met daglicht. Wel in de slaapkamer. Verder prima uitrusting aanwezig in de keuken.

Excellent location. Spacious and clean.
Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. The issue we had was the noise coming from the fridge...It wasn’t all the time but it made a buzzing sound when trying to sleep or maybe that was the time, we really noticed the noise. It got cold in Seville at night but again, the heating made a noise. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying there. There are good breakfast places nearby so it was really convenient.

Comfortable & convenient for exploring Seville
We enjoyed our 5-day stay here, despite the building's power going out for a few hours one evening. Mercedes was prompt in her response and took care of the situation as quickly as possible. The apartment is wonderfully located in Barrio Santa Cruz and 5 minutes' walk from the Alcazar and cathedral. We enjoyed our view of the street from our balconies but light sleepers should note that people like to party late in the nearby square and it can get loud even with windows closed (we personally had no trouble sleeping). We appreciated the comfortable living room and bedroom, as well as the well-equipped bathroom. This was a great base for exploring Seville!

Clean, Spacious apartment
Very clean, spacious apartment in a great central location. Strong WiFi and comfortable beds. Check in was a little confusing as you have to go to the Altamira restaurant across the street and ask for Maria. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

立地は大満足
観光にとても便利な立地でした。バスターミナルからは結構距離がありましたが、慣れてくると案外近いように思いました。アパートメントの近くに着いてからがなかなか曲者でした。すぐ近くに同系のレストランがるのですが、そこでチェックインする事が分からず苦労しました。色々提案のメールあったのですが、一言レストランでチェックインを伝えてもらえれば、何の問題もなかったのでは?と思います。部屋まではエレベーターはなくて、階段で荷物を持って上がるのは女性では到底無理です。チェックイン担当の方が、二つの荷物を持ってくださったのは感謝しかありません。チェックアウトの時は夫に頑張ってもらいました。朝は教会の鐘と馬の蹄の音で目覚めるという至福の一時でした。観光はほとんど徒歩圏内です。

Excellent location
Parked outside city and taxi in which was good as streets tight and parking expensive and he dropped us off 10m from apartment which with luggage is handy. Reception in the cafe with same name but apartment just round corner. Room clean spacious for two and good facilities. The kitchen and sink area a bit tight but ok. There is a roof balcony which is handy for smokers and an afternoon evening drink as room on third floor. You can see cathedral spire from roof and easy walking to all main sites. Plenty of good food and shops next to apartment. Large twin beds and quite at night. Good wifi in room.

Compact apartment in a great location. No lift and had some maintenance issues. Fuses blew on our last morning. The connected restaurant is very poor and ludicrously expensive for the quality of food offered.

Good position.
The apartment is in a very central position, good for cathedral and shopping. It is very well equipped however the shower had one door missing and the shower head wouldn’t stay in the upright position meaning you had to shower one handed. The apartment itself was over a busy bar that ensured there was noise most of the time, but provided you didn’t want a particularly early night it wasn’t a problem.

This apartment is in a fantastic location for restaurants and seeing the sights. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I agree that it is noisy (we stayed in 2a) as you can hear the restaurants pack away table and chairs at night and then bring them out in the morning and there is quite a lot of traffic going past for such a small street.I didn't mind this but light sleepers in the summer might struggle to sleep.

Better than a hotel.
The apartment was fantastic. Modern building, newly renovated, decorated apartment. View onto square. Spacious living room, bathroom, bedroom. Very comfortable- except the pull-out sofa mattress in the living room. Very clean. Service gets a frown. Could not find how to enter building. Luckily someone else arrived around the same time and we learned check-in was across the square at Restaurant Altamira. After our initial warm reception at the restaurant, we were never able to find or reach anyone there for questions or services. Otherwise, it was much nicer, roomier, and homier than being in a hotel.

In the heart of the action!
Well situated appartment, the layout of the appartment is perfect with the living room/kitchenette seperated from the bedroom, bathroom very clean! Only negative point, the bed was rock hard, not very comfortable.

Lo más destacable fue sin ninguna duda el personal. Nada más llegar, nos atendió María, quien nos acompañó al apartamento y fue muy agradable. El resto de días, el personal nos atendió siempre con una sonrisa y fueron muy amables. Otro punto fuerte es la cercanía al centro de Sevilla y el ambiente de la zona, silenciosa pero con mucho ambiente de terraceo. El apartamento estaba muy bien, no muy grande pero lo necesario para descansar después de andar durante todo el día.

Un'ottima soluzione per Siviglia
Posizione centralissima a 5 minuti dalla cattedrale, molto comodo e funzionale, con aria condizionata essenziale a luglio. Unica nota dolente è il balcone reclamizzato: è esterno all'appartamento e impraticabile nelle ore più calde perché senza una copertura, quindi praticamente sempre. La zona è piena di ristoranti e bar.

Great apartments in wonderful location
We just spent three nights at these apartments and we had a really nice time. The apartments are well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated. They are quite noisy because of the busy street below (we were in 2a) but we didn't find it too disturbing and our toddler slept through it fine. It is also worth it because of the fantastic location. We would definitely return.
