Upside, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside, no luggage racks so suitcases had to be on the floor or bed. My room phone never worked. Light shades cracked and need to be replaced.

Very impressed with the room and cleanliness of the property, in general. There were multiple helpful staff during breakfast. The food was also excellent- fresh, warm and wonderful variety. Definitely worth the money to stay here.

We come here occasionally as a staycation. We love the room amenities, the kitchenette is wonderful. The hot tub is large and the pool is a nice room temperature. The gym has everything you need for a full body workout. Everything is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms and common areas. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and feel homey. The only negative was I reserved a suite with a bathtub as I had littles that would need a bath and it was a shower. The breakfast is ok but ran out of things and didn’t get restocked very fast. Overall great place to stay and o would come back again for sure

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioners were very noisy but worked well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The rating comes due to the cold breakfast (eggs) all 3 mornings along with under cooked bacon, though the biscuits were very good. And having the plates under the counters under the food made them difficult to get since people were standing right in front of them which created uncomfortable situations when you needed a plate, having to reach past people’s rear end and legs. They should definitely be moved! Also, at 7:20 one morning a person was outside with a blower cleaning the parking area - even 3 floors it was extremely loud. Completing this task at a later time would be much better.

The floors were being updated, which is nice. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really quite good and the area was clean and pleasant. The room was really cold--65 degrees--when we first arrived, but we changed the thermostat and it was better.

It was obviously a brand new property. Beautifully appointed. Expansive room. Fair price, in fact it probably was discounted because it's so new they were still working on some things outside and so forth. Staff was very friendly. It would be nice to have a few more signs outside directing you to where the office is and the like. To our knowledge, there was no binder or information packet so we didn't know where some of the things were like the ice machines and so forth but we figured it out and so will everyone else sooner or later. Good stay. Highly recommend
