Liar only cash hotel

We booked a hotel thru Hotels.com planning on paying on site but when we got there, they only accept cash. The lady owner who wasn’t there, is an unprofessional manager who didn’t make any effort to receive us in her hotel. Claiming by phone her credit card machine had no battery that’s why we needed to pay cash. That is an absurd!! And the poor girl attendant on the middle of this situation wanted me to pay in dollars saying the next day they would fix the machine and return my money. I highly doubted it.... so I had to go somewhere else late at night look for another hotel. Want to accept cash only?? No problem, but let us know before booking!!

As other reviewers have said about this room (2 double beds with balcony), avoid it - it is extremely loud and you're basically sleeping outside. The entire "wall" of the room is made of misshapen wooden shutters to board it up, and the slats of wood don't actually fit together, so there's large gaps that just allow bugs & the busy street exhaust fumes & noise to get in. This includes the pounding dance music that comes from the shop downstairs, which starts first thing in the morning & goes until late at night; trucks rumbling down the street all night, honking & playing music. Then the 6am sunlight blasting through the holes of the wooden slats. We didn't sleep at all because of all this, also the room often stank like car gases coming up from the street into the holes, it can make you light-headed. There was also only one key to the room/gate, & you always needed to lock your bedroom & front gate, which was difficult when you are 2 people. For example, my friend wanted to go out, while I wanted to stay in. This wasn't possible, unless I wanted to be locked inside the room until he got home. The staff was pretty fussy about the gate being double-locked at all times too, which was a bit excessive during the daytime. Surely one lock is enough. The good part is the convenient location, & shower was great, strong, a lot of hot water. But otherwise just avoid the balcony room

Estaba limpio, sin embargo en la noche no hay un encargado y su puerta de entrada estaba dañada, nos quedamos en la calle bastante tiempo y tuvimos que solucionarlo los huéspedes. Nunca llegó nadie del lugar. Y no es hotel es hostal. No vayan ahí con niños.

Honestamente, el hotel deja mucho que desear en cuanto a seguridad. Los huéspedes tenían dificultades para acceder, ya que el portón, la reja y hasta las habitaciones no abrían correctamente. Esto generaba mucho ruido, ya que varias personas tenían que forzar o intentar repetidamente entrar, especialmente porque no había personal en recepción para apoyar. Además, el servicio de agua caliente no funcionaba, lo cual hizo la estancia bastante incómoda

Habitacion muy descuidada te cae polilla sobre la cama , el baño deficiente no servia bien elmflotador,la tv no agarra ningun canal solo se escucha, no hay nadie que resuelva 1 sola persona en hotel para todo y muy desatenta en la noche no hay nadie y los huespedes hace lo que quieren hacen ruido y no hay nadie a. Quien reportar, solo hay lugar para 4 carros si es que alcanzas sobre la recepcion y para entrar ponen polines y aun asi pegan los carros en las habitaciones se escucha de todo la sala comun muy sucia, definitivamente eviten una mala experiencia hay mejores hostales y a buen precio

Ventajas: Esta bien ubicado, es barato, el personal es atento Desventajas: El piso estaba muy sucio (no trapearon o hicieron limpieza), había hongos en la regadera, no hay privacidad y se escucha todo a través de las paredes. Unos muchachos que llegaron e fiesta a las 4 am e hicieron ruido no nos dejaron dormir, se escucha todo. Intenté buscar algún número de lobby pero no tuve éxito recibiendo respuesta. El hostal no es como las fotos, son muy engañosas, la verdad se ve muy viejo. Conclusión, es un Hostal de 2-3 estrellas, es barato y recibes lo que pagas

La habitación 1 no funciona la tv, no funcionan los contactos de electricidad, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir (10 minutos o más aprox) no funciona el internet, las instalaciones estan muy mal, hace falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay amenidades. El colchon es lo único bueno de la habitación.
