"Our room was very comfortable. It was cool, clean and a wonderful, affordable place to stay within walking distance of several restaurants and activities. They could have offered a few protein options at breakfast, like a boiled egg or plain greek yogurt, but they did offer natural peanut butter, flax and chia seeds for oatmeal and agave sweetener as some healthier options. The room wasn’t modern or fancy, but they had ansuper cute microwave with matching fridge/freezer and the water pressure in the shower was fabulous. I would stay here again. It was a nice home away from home for 3 nights."

"Upon arrival we had issues with the bed, it was broken. There was no option for maintenance to fix or another room to go to. Additionally, the fire alarm went off from around 6:15 a.m. through 8:15 a.m. with no communication from the front desk regarding what was happening. There was no communication when it was happening nor afterward."

"Rooms still have carpet, however they had just cleaned our room. Unfortunately the carpet was still wet, they were supposed to flag it as dirty so it wouldn't get used. Well, that didn't happen and we were given the room. Wasn't a huge inconvenience, we grabbed extra towels for the pool/gym to walk on. The front desk person informed us in the morning that we should have said something and they would have moved us rooms. I guess we were just happy to have clean carpet. Our room faced the train tracks just a few feet away....definitely not quiet! Otherwise, great value!"

"Clean and wonderful service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. One star left out due to my room was skipped on cleaning, I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. But, other than that it is a nice and safe place. Relatively cheaper than other hotels there. Close to major shopping. Loved that."

"So this hotel is very nice. We tried checking in early but were told there were no rooms available yet. On Hotels com it has checki-in @ 3. So we went back at 3. They said there still were no rooms available and that check-in is at 4. Anyway, we waited for about 15 mins for a room to be ready. The elevator was very slow. For the most part the room was clean besides the half-ass vacuum job on the carpets and the bathroom floor was not clean either. I mean if you're going to make me wait for a clean room, you better clean it. There were a couple of spots on the sofa that I'm sure could have been cleaned up. They were just not pretty to look at. Our next issue was the shower. Water pressure was not good since it was still spraying out the tub spout. The water was cold then HOT. It was hard to get warm. That was for my husband's shower. For mine it was just cold. One of the receptionist was nice on Sat afternoon the other was just a snot. On Sunday when we checked out, that lady was so nice. I do plan on staying at Springhill again in the future. Hopefully they will have these issues resolved."

"Overall this place is clean and has a great value. The hotel site is right off the highway and has a gas station and a few places to eat all in walking distance. The property is definitely dated and worn down but still would recommend this hotel if you’re needing a cheaper option."
