"The staff were super helpful and nice!!! They let me check in a little early because of my situation with the tournaments going on. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was 5 minutes away from the university and very close to the shopping centers and restaurants. Nevertheless, excellent experience overall!!"

"The staff were great, the pool was great the location is great but our room was absolutely filthy. The blanket had so much hair on it we bought one from Walmart and used it ( the sheets were clean but stained and dusty). The towels were clean but stained with dirt ink etc. There were multiple load noises at night like doors being busted down but none were new or fixed in morning so I don't know where the noise was coming from. The floor felt and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months maybe the room was overlooked ( hope). We saw maids cleaning other rooms and airing them out in the 5 nights we stayed all the rooms looked clean from walking by. So hopefully it was just missed before we checked in we didn't say anything but were the kind of people who won't say anything but won't stay there again. Every room should be double checked by mngnmt I think. Also they were doing maintenance to outside but need to update the rooms they are old and outdated"

"Toilet took 8 flushes to clear, sink drained super slow, vent was missing in shower light, crack in the bathtub and drain broken. Hotel door deadbolt was tough and latch lock was broken and missing. Not many outlets to charge phones or plug in CPAP and the one in the entry was too loose to even hold plug in. No modern type C or USB outlets."
