“It took staff almost 30 minutes to figure out the online confirmation number..I paid for an upgrade room with queen size bed and pool view.. first room was 2 full beds and view of a brick wall… after another 30 minutes with front desk staff I was changed to a room with pool view but still 2 full size beds..so I just gave up.. the carpet in the hotel was ripped and very nasty…needs to be repainted and updated..it’s not worth half of what they are charging.. I would NOT stay there again at this...
