El hotel es bonito y la habitación confortable, pero no es la que yo había reservado ya que cogimos una standar y nos dieron una abuhardillada, que era otra de las opciones pero no la que habíamos cogido. El ascensor estaba estropeado y nos dieron una segunda planta con lo que teníamos que dejar el carrito del niño en el maletero del coche y subir por las escaleras sin carro. Llevábamos un perrito ya que ponía que permitían mascotas pero en ningún sitio de la web pone que conlleva un sobrecoste de 15 euros.

Top Hotel, Pool sehr schön, groß und sauber. Klimaanlage etwas laut, Frühstück dürftig. Aber insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert.

Great hotel to relax in during the evening

Good Class hotel more than comfortable for a 1 night stay. Free parking on site. Outside bar area was lovely Very clean and spacious room.

Un punto bastante importante para nosotros, a dos días de la reserva del hotel, me mandan un whats App para comunicarme que no puedo utilizar la piscina del hotel ya que hay una boda, y cuando llegamos hay un cartel en el restaurante del mismo hotel el cual tampoco está disponible para los huéspedes por la misma razón, la boda. Yo hice la reserva 1 mes antes , han tenido suficiente tiempo para avisar de las condiciones del hotel ese fin de semana, puesto que en la página web no había ningún tipo de información. Cuando recibo el whats App llamo al hotel y aún estoy esperando la llamada de algún responsable del hotel. No me ha gustado nada el trato, ha sido una estafa. Hubiese anulado la reserva sin dudarlo, pero vivo Muy lejos y no me lo podía permitir.

Prettig hotel

Goed hotel, voor een tussenstop, schoon en efficient en tussen meerdere grote steden in(alles binnen het uur te bereiken). Het ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider kunnen zijn maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Overall goed.

The staff was so very helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My daughter was moving to the area for a teaching position and they were very kind and helpful and I left knowing she had met some people who were there for her in case she needed help. I would say that is going above and beyond! I certainly would stay there again and recommend it highly.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Aber leider zum Teil etwas unfreundliches Personal. Wir mussten telefonisch unser Anschluss Hotel erreichen. Das Telefon funktionierte im Zimmer nicht, daher die Anfrage, ob man von der Rezeption aus telefonieren dürfe. Dies wurde abgeblockt. Jeder hätte doch heute zu Tage ein Handy...Klar, wenn man aus Deutschland kommt...möchte man sicherlich mit diesem in Spanien telefonieren... Das Telefon im Zimmer sei eben schon länger kaputt.. Nach längerem Drängen ließ man uns dann doch telefonieren. .Als sie merkte, dass mein Mann ein bisschen spanisch konnte, kam die Bitte, ob wir nicht alles in spanisch klären könnten..
