Location is very bad more than ten blocks from the port and boardwalk; a family lives in the property, which makes it very noisy, the floor is very dirty. There is a maid/receptionist that is nowhere to be found, no office or reception. I left after 1 day to find a better place, a waste of money. This is a very low budget place.

The staff was excellent! Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Our place was tidy and clean. The owner built this suite with family travelers in mind. The rooms were accented with restored hardy woods yet modern elements brightened the space offering plenty of outlets for all our technology. My husband, son and I found cozy spots near the fireplace, at the dining table or the bedroom to chill and communed in the stylish kitchen for breakfast. Our fridge was filled with breakfast goodies while fresh fruit and bread was provided daily. This was our second family away from home for us as we traveled to the Galapagos and the Amazon as we were always greeted with a smile.

キッチン付きの広くて綺麗なお部屋です。シャワーも水圧も程よく、お湯もきちんと出るので使いやすかったです。 中心地から徒歩15分ほどですが、ローカルなエリアを通るので安くて美味しい飲食店や商店があり過ごしやすいエリアでした。

The rooms were in an enclosed compound. Very private. Also, the proprietor was super friendly and helpful. Thoroughly loved the spot. The linens could have been kept a little cleaner, but they were generally fine. It would have been nice to have toilet paper in the bathroom, even though there was a bidet. Finally, an address to find the spot would have been a nice touch (it's 280 Barrington), we spent 20 minutes looking for the right gate to go thru. ; ) Aside from these minor things, it was great!! Thank you.

La cabaña que nos tocó era amplia, remodelada hace poco. Todo bien. El primer día la ubicación te parece lejos del muelle, pero después ya no. El nombre de las cabañas es Zurizadai, y nos demoramos en encontrarlas. Los vecinos nos derivaban a un hotel a una cuadra. La TV es muy antigua y no la pudimos usar, pero como salimos todos los días en las noches ya no era necesario. la Internet es un poco lenta, pero razonable

The property owners became our friends! They are extremely hospitable and are constantly trying to please their quests. They are honest, hard working Christian people. You won’t find a better place to stay in Galápagos!

The apartment was extremely clean and modern and quiet. We had a complete kitchen and on site water. The area was very safe. There was very personal care from the owner who helped with tours and anything that you would need. Can not say enough of how nice and helpful the owner was.

We really liked being able to cook our own meals in the kitchen. The hosts were very good at providing things like a baking pan, oven mitts and a can opener.

Highly Recommended! Stay with Family!

We were well taken care of in this family-run hotel. The apartments are part of the family compound and there are other hotel room options there operated as Zurizadai hotel. The owner was personally involved in our service, going above-and-beyond by providing us use of his bicycle for a couple hours, arranging for a taxi, and interpreting us through a tough taxi conflict negotiation upon our arrival. Daily breakfast was a plus. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is located at the edge of town, so it was quiet at night but still an easy walk to activities.

What an amazing property and amazing stay. I really enjoyed the cozy accommodation and the hospitality offered by the hotel owner. Very welcoming and the breakfast offered in the morning was a great touch. The location is a but further away from the center of the city but still within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!
