푸에르토 델 카르멘, 카나리 제도의 해변 호텔

“I’ve been here before and it was still as good. Friendly welcome on arrival and a cool drinks fountain just near reception for a cold drink. The standard room is on the small side but comfy. All the staff were professional and helpful. When I arrived a young porter came outside and helped me with bags which I thought was 5 star. The breakfast was ok nothing special but then it was a good price I paid compared to an other hotels on my visit this time the only gripe I have is the pool is too busy...

“The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it. ”

“Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self...

“매 식사가 부페로 이루어져 있지만 약간씩 변화를 주어 지루하지 않았으며 호텔 내부 수영장 및 호텔 앞 수영장을 이용할 수 있음 특히 호텔을 양쪽으로 이어져있는 해변 산책로(약7km)에서의 산책은 환상적임. 휴양차 숙박으로는 최상이라고 생각합니다.”
