"Absolutely spotless room with everything you could imagine. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, air con and high speed WiFi! Was such a lovely treat to have a night here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar has happy hour twice a day (2 for 1) and the staff there are also lovely and friendly. You can book sun loungers the day before which means you don’t have to rush around to find one. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back!"

"Clean room, small pool was being renovated so a strong smell of fiberglass. Breakfast was average. Staff are friendly. Nice garden area off our room. Spa was lovely "

"We received a warm welcome from the reception staff. The catering staff are very hard working, efficient and friendly. The room cleaners are friendly and efficient too. We noticed all of the sun beds and pool areas were cleaned every day including the swimming pools. The grounds / plants are well maintained by the friendly gardeners. Overall a very pleasant stay in a family-friendly environment. "

"We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the Cinco Plazas was immaculately clean , has great facilities for all of the family to enjoy , the staff are most helpful nothing was too much . We booked here as we had a booking in another complex but it was so bad we left and went to the cinco plazas , I want to commend Esteban on reception he was so kind when he heard what happened he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend staying here , it is a beautiful complex , our apartment was spotless and it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided , the food at the pool bar was really nice and quite reasonable , we will be returning to the cinco plazas again next year and will most likely make our stay there every year"

"The hotel is very spacious, inside and around the pools. There are plenty sun beds. The staff members are friendly. The breakfast is good, but the dinner buffet is disappointing. It is in a quiet area on the beach and close to restaurants, a bus stop and taxi rank."

"Nice modern hotel although a couple of flaws in bathroom paint missing from door and badly marked toilet seat otherwise room was nice and kept very clean staff very friendly and helpful pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds The downside was the food not much variation pork on menu every day and salads in a weird dressing I felt the food was not really tailored to English people . Lacking in fresh vegetables and beef lamb and chicken . If the food was improved this could be a great hotel"

"Amazing Our 6th visit I think, only a short visit for 3 days of luxury before moving on to Playa Blanca for a cheap room only deal in our favourite resort. Seaside Los Jameos did not disappoint in any way amazing food and everything so comfortable. Only negative was the weather....not their fault I know... .. but it was a great opportunity to visit Arrecife for a spot of sightseeing and as its only a 10 min taxi drive so doable at anytime and worth the short trip on a cooler day."
