A lovely hotel, the decor is very well done in keeping with the area, staff is super helpful, rooms were nicely thought out, and the towel warmer in the bath such a nice feature on our snowy stay

This property is uniquely odd. We arrived at night by car after long drive and couldn't figure out where the entrance was. The grounds are unkept and access roads gravel. It seemed to be an unfinished construction project. Under the light of day the entire upscale neighborhood behind the hotel is in the same unfinished state. Of the 36 rooms I think only 3-4 were occupied. Inside hotel was nicely decorated inluding great room with superb view of the bay. Restaurant breakfast was good, evening meal not so much--go elsewhere.

A very elegant and modern hotel, with very nice views. A bit further from the busy downtown. You can walk to some restaurants, but most likely will take a (cheap) taxi. The staff is very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good. Dinner In the hotel was ok but lacked in presentation.

We loved this hotel! It is located right across the street from an uncrowded part of the beach, and well away from the hubbub of the town's center. Although within easy walking distance of the center’s shops and restaurants, we ended up eating at the hotel itself for two of our three nights, and found the food quite good. The room was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view. The staff was also extremely accommodating and helpful. Easily the best hotel we stayed in during our entire two weeks in Argentina.

Hotel is nice from outside and at the lobby On a dusty road with sea view but far from city restaurant It has very limited food options inside that must be booked because they have not a real kitchen Rooms are old fashioned. Our room air conditioning did not work properly and they offered an extra fan, rather than proposing to change the room in an empty hotel. Forget SPA… Not worthy even far the price, ci suffering also prices in Puerto Madryn They forgot to charge two coffees at breakfast (where they recycle the fruits of the day before…) and sent me a mail asking for payment after check out… two coffees Look for another hotel

Estafadores, ni un estrella se merecen.

Todo mal, desde la llegada. Mal el servicios, mal la recepcion, la habitación esraba sucia, las toallas tan gastadas de viejas q se transparentaban, los vidrios sucios chorreadoa de aguaby tierra, no veias por la ventana por la mugre de los vidrios. A la hora del desayuno nos hicieron problema por estar 5 ' antes, 6:55 am, a pesar de haber avisado en la recpcion la noche anterior, y faltando tan solo 5 ' para las 7 am, nos hicieron problemas por el desayuno, no sirvieron nunca el jamos ni el queso ni el huevo... todo mal. No lo recomiwndo y exijo me devuelvan el dinero abonado. Una verdadera estafa. Aun estoy esperando la resolicion de mi reclamo.

Best hotel in the region

Although located a little outside the main centre of town, an easy 30min walk gets you there, and it is well situated for excellent views of the waterfront and access to roads out of the city. The hotel is well equipped, nicely furnished, the rooms pleasantly decorated. Service is VERY good, with staff going the extra mile to be helpful. An awesome base to explore the entire region.

Muy mala relacion precio - calidad

Nos alojaron en una habitacion de planta baja- supuestamente la mejor, pero pedimos cambio para tener mejor vista ya que dese la planta baja no era muy linda y no nos la dieron pese a q hubo dias con disponibilidad de lugar. El piso del baño se mojaba (la pileta de patio estaba tapada), cada vez que nos duchamos teniamos que poner una toalla en el piso; se lo dijimos en recepcion y no hicieron nada para solucionarlo . el sauna seco es muy chico, de los mas chicos que v, no podes recostarte. el unico hidro que tienen esta en el spa y es un hidro individual de una casa comun, no hay hidro en las habitaciones. El horario de spa es muy limitado - solo por la tarde despues de las 17 hasta las 20 el ultimo turno. A medianoche cierran el bar de recpecion y no tenes a quien pedir nada si queres tomar un trago ali. Lo unico bueno es el desayuno

Great location

Staff was helpful and friendly. Calm cool solidly built, like staying in a museum. Delicious breakfast and very quiet room. Close to the EcoCenter and Welsh history museum, and across the street from the beach. Easy connection to town and to Peninsula Valdez and Punto Tombo tours.
