Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

Que pena que lo estén dejando decaer
Lo bueno es la ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones y buena atención. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la relación precio calidad comparado con otros hoteles no es tan adecuada. Las alfombras de la habitación están bastante desgastadas , al igual que las cortinas black aut que incluso están receebajadas, en la habitación que me tocó la tenia hidromasaje que no funcionaba y estaba con óxido además no dejan nshampoo y menos aún acondicionador. En la piscina los ventanales del costados estaban sucios por lo que no se puede apreciar el lindo paisaje por completo y uno de los artefactos se los baños tiene todas las marcas de sarro por el agua. Es una pena porque la aindraestrucrira es muy buena y quienes trabajan allí muy atentos.

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

The rooms were huge as were the bathrooms. Great views of the water especially from the restaurant. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay!
The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

Habitaciones grandes con vista al mar. Personal super amable. Fue algo difícil de encontrar, no hay señales tan grandes del hotel y Pto Montt tiene calles pequeñas. Podrían mejorar el desayuno ya que los huevos estaban algo negros.

Decepcionante la atención
El hotel muy bonito y acorde a lo esperado , pero me decepcionó 2 cosas , primero no respetaron el costo informado por la aplicación el cual aparecía ya con los recargos e impuestos incluidos , más bien me volvieron a cobrar impuestos , segundo para el valor pagado un desayuno pobre basado en un café , dos pancits pequeños con jamón y queso y una lámina de queque . Por lo menos yo ya no vuelvo a ese hotel ni lo recomendaría .

Compre la estadía por que en la página decía gimnasio y piscina. Sin embargo en ninguna parte decia que por protocolo estaban cerradas. Al final pagué un valor alto sólo por dormir

Muito bom hotel, mas em região não tão boa
Apesar de estar numa região central decadente, o hotel mantém um charme. Os quartos são grandes, confortáveis e com bom ar-condicionado. Há cofre e frigobar. O restaurante é muito bom, mas muito caro. Para comer bem e barato, há um shopping center bem próximo.

this is our second time staying in this hotel. It's a great place to stay. Very comfortable, classic design, very good view to the coast, and centralized. Rooms are very roomy, with walk-in closet, and full kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave). Our room had a hot tub which was very nice. The parking structure is great, safe, and included. You can walk to the center of the city and along the coast. The mall and restaurants are minutes walking. Breakfast is good, with a great view from the top of the hotel. Also the roof-top pool is warm with great views to the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall quality hotel for a great price.

The hotel staff were exemely helpful in srranging tours and always very courteous. The suggestion of one staff member enabled us to spend the day most enjoyably on our own after a last-minute tour cancellation. The hotel lobby, decorated with actual nautical instruments and model sailing ships is beautiful. Nothing we did not like.

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours and always most courtjeous. The suggestions of one of the staff of how to spend a day on our own after a last-minute tour cancellation saved the day for us. The hotel lobby is neautifully decorated with actual nautical instruments and model sailing ships. Nothing we didn’t like.

sauf le prix qui était abordable le reste de notre expérience fût des plus décevantes. le personnel à l'accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivé était vraiment antipatique. juste pour cette raison je ne recommanderais pas cet hotel. la propreté de ce vieil établissement était correct mais il y a vraiment des rénovations à effectuer. de plus le personnel ne parle qu'espagnol pas un mot d,anglais.

Hotel idéalement situé en bord de mer. Chambre avec tout le confort d'un 3 étoiles avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Puerto Montt. Très bon restaurant au huitième étage.

Nice modern hotel in 5th floor of remodeled building downtown. Chilean is fine for business or just as a place to spend the night, but without Amy touristic possibities.
