Hotel Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort All Inclusive

"Our stay was great. The entire staff is super helpful and ready to help at all times. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The food at all of the restaurants was very good with a variety of cuisines. This hotel is one of three on the same complex. You can use all of the amenities and eat at any of the restaurants at all three hotels. They will also transport you in golf carts all around the complex. Kobo the hibachi restaurant is amazing."

"This was our first time in Cancun and staying at a Royalton property. For the most part the actual resort itself is beautiful and very large. My biggest issue with this resort is that they are understaffed. By the pools you'll notice everything is really nice and well managed, aside from the keep up of empty ups with people leaving their drinks everywhere. By the main Royalton pool its a little dirty, you can see band aids, gunk from birds and bugs and peoples hair. Restaurants - The Italian restaurant was absouletely the best restaurant we had the pleasure of eating at, it was delicious food, great portion and great service! (Shout out to Francisco). We also ate at the Hunter Steakhouse and this is where problems happened. We had our reso for 8 pm, and got seated outside. We asked the hostess to seat us inside, the transition to move us inside took 30 mins, why? because the servers could not keep up with the demand of dirty tables and taking orders. When we finally got seated, it took our server a really long time to get our orders in, and for food to come out as well. We ended up being at the restaurant for 1.5 hours and only getting up to our mains. Rooms- We got the jacuzzi suite, both the jacuzzi and the tub in our room were disgusting and gross. Rusted and dirty. The only person who stood out to us on this trip was Andy, who works with Expedia and assists Expedia travellers with any issues. If it wasnt for him I honestly would've left the resort a long time ago."

"El hotel está en buenas condiciones, buen servicio, perfecto para familias, muchas actividades, lo restaurantes buenos y tienen hasta una pizzería, la cafetería y sus productos buenos, yo solo diría que falta variedad en el buffet que es un poco pobre especialmente el del luch."
