"This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee. They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people. I will never stay this hotel again!"
