Excellent room, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing view from the room, good breakfast. The only thing was there was a major construction in the property and it was noisy during the day and the lobby floor was a bit dusty.

A lovely hotel with totally wonderful staff. Really well located near all the restaurants. Only drawback is that breakfast needs a few more options. By Day 5 (you’ll need that many days to properly see the Park and the area), you really need some variation. Perhaps it’s more varied in summer (this was an off-season stay.)

We had a large suite with direct lake views, although as hotel is on the only main, coast road, it can be quite noisy during the day. Room very nice and can see the other rooms quite a bit smaller. Food good

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. There is a wonderful path to walk along the waterfront right across the street. Breakfast had lots of variety and many great restaurants are close by.
