“This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!”
“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. “This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”
“This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee.
They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people.
