“Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. ”

“This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly.”

“This hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee. They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people. I will never stay this hotel again!”
