โThis was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!โ
โThis has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!โ

โThe VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!โ
โHostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. โ
โThis hotel is a little far from the center of the city. The room condition is good, but very cold at night. Furthermore, they had not cleaned my room for three days. They even charge the additional towel. What's even more troubling is they lipped me off the tour fee.
They recieved CLP40,000 as a brokerage fee for two people.
I will never stay this hotel again!โ
โWe had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!โ
โA longer walk from the city center but we found it worth it. The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The views! The views at breakfast were perfect. We hope we can return one day. โ
