The man serving the breakfast was the best thing about my stay. Gracious and kind. Mosquitos in the room. Very little natural light in room. A bit depressing. Good location though.

Todo estaba muy limpio, se encuentra en un lugar céntrico del pueblo. Sin embargo, en la madrugada se escuchaban muchos ruidos, como pasos fuertes en el techo y una planta eléctrica que estaba muy cerca.

La camera è carina,l’aria condizionata funziona bene e non è rumorosa,il letto è comodo,la posizione è ottima forse non si può trovare di meglio…Ora qualche difetto,l’acqua calda della doccia è quasi inesistente,ci sono molte zanzare in camera e l’ insonorizzazione delle camere va rivista completamente…si sentono molto sia i rumori esterni che quelli interni che provengono dalle camere adiacenti. Comunque nel complesso lo consiglierei.

Staff is friendly.vFree breakfast on rooftop was delicious, rooms are clean & comfortable. Convenient location near umbrella street, pink street (Paseo De Dona Blanca) museums & restaurants.

Disastrous Accommodation
A disastrous accommodation... There is no hot water with a lot of mosquitoes in the room... Also, with a strong smell of anti-insect spray… I have killed at least 20ish mosquitoes since I checked in… From the wall of the room, you can see a lot of of dead mosquito bodies... When we requested a change of room, the staff said no room and just gave us a bottle of anti-insect spray... I will definitely never recommend this accommodation to anyone…

Service de nettoyage tous les jours, des linges propres, la chambre était assez grande, c'était un plaisir d'y retourner à chaque fois. Des soirées à thème tous les jours au restaurant rooftop, qui avait un superbe vue sur la ville, nous y avons pris le petit-déjeuner qui était bon. L'hôtel était très bien situé. Le seul point négatif c'est qu'on était juste en dessous du bar restaurant, les fenêtres n'étaient pas bien isolées on entendait tous les bruits et musique, claxons, pour dormir c'est pas facile, mais ont peut pas tout avoir.

Nice little hotel in downtown, convenient location, walking distance to malecón and el anfiteatro. Service was good at front desk and the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Location is close to many tourist attractions and the beach. There is a nice bar on site, however it is on the expensive side. Parking is tight and hard to find.

Could not sleep due to the noise in the bar upstairs. Booked for 3 nights,paid cash. Big mistake,lost my time and money. Left the following morning. Would not recommend.

We booked this hotel due to a YouTube influencer. I wished I had stay somewhere else. We had too many issues: hole in the wall next to AC, mosquitoes in room, towel had a huge hole, walls where very scratched, step to bathroom is a liability, humidity container on top of vanity was very visible, cracked tile in bathtub, music at night was too loud. Brenda’s service was great.

Conveniente.
Está a cómodo. La ducha espectacular. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel muy amables. No hay ascensor. Las escaleras un poco incómodas no había maletero. El precio de hotel.com no tiene los impuestos incluidos. Un cuarto de 55 te sale en 75 dólares. Un poco confuso. Pero la localidad es céntrica.

Hola, Madeline, estaremos revisando la condusion de los precios ya que deberian ser iguales. Lamentablemente nuestro edificio es parte del patrimonio monumental de la ciudad y no nos permiten hacerle remodelaciones, eso nos limita para agregar ascensor. Sobre maletero, tomaremos en cuenta para tener uno. Muchas gracias por visitarnos, sera un honor tenerle nuevamente con nosotros.

Excelente hotel con excelente bar, pero mejorable
Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Tiene un excelente bar-restaurante. Sólo dos detalles que lo harían un gran hotel: 1. No proporcionan artículos de aseo de baño. 2. Para el desayuno, hay que escoger entre café y jugo. Poco costaría que ofrecieran ambos.

I enjoyed the views of the mountains and also it wasn’t far from a walk to the local park or the malecon .Now on the other end of the spectrum , some updates can be made to a few things!, With that being said I would stay here again !!

It was great and so up-to-date. Even the menu for the rooftop restaurant is not printed - but accessible on phone by using QR Code which is at every table and in every room. Unfortunately, in Spanish only - they do need an English translation! The rooftop restaurant has a good selection and a bar with a wide selection of drink including premium brands. The restaurant has extended hours from early to very late at night and offers room service. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Lighting was excellent - far better than most places. Nice work area for a laptop. The fridge was handy and very cold. The bathroom was really good and one of the best showers I've seen in many travels. Everything was squeaky clean. I speak a little Spanish and that helped me get by - along with Google Translate on my phone. The only downside for me was the lack of elevator. My room was 2nd floor, but it seemed like they had extra steps to get there :-) Then the restaurant was another set of steps up to the roof. For an old man the steps were no blessing - for someone a bit younger they shouldn't even be an afterthought. The location is great and easy walking distance to almost everything.
